Medical personnel and a police investigative team responded promptly to the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Transcarpathian Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine reported on the victim\u2019s condition and the progress of rescue efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Providing emergency care at the scene<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emergency medical team No. 1410, led by paramedic R. V. Petretska, was dispatched immediately to the accident scene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nature of injuries:<\/strong> During the initial examination, the 38-year-old driver was diagnosed with a closed clavicle fracture and severe nosebleed caused by a strong impact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First aid:<\/strong> The paramedics immobilized the injured area, stopped the bleeding, administered pain relief to the patient, and stabilized his overall condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hospitalization:<\/strong> After providing the necessary prehospital care, the victim was transported to the Tyachiv District Hospital for an X-ray examination and further inpatient treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investigation of the circumstances of the traffic accident<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Law enforcement officers conducted initial investigative actions at the scene of the accident, documented the evidence, and are determining the technical causes and factors that led to the accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medical professionals and law enforcement officials are once again urging drivers to obey speed limits, be especially vigilant behind the wheel at night, and use seat belts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Source:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/103zak.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/103zak.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Transcarpathian Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine (103 Transcarpathia).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emergency medical team No. 1410 responded to the scene.
